Until I discovered Smash Burgers and used this tool, I never liked my homemade burgers. Until now! I make a recipe on the website that includes "Natascha" with "special sauce and toasted buns". But this thing makes the thinnest, slightly crunchiest burgers ever, and for the first time, I LOVE my homemade burgers as much as I LOVE my favorite gourmet burger shop! I love it and it's worth the investment as it puts just the right amount of pressure on the burger (Natascha suggests using parchment paper on it to mash it up), flattens it and takes 2 minutes on one side and about 1 minute on top the other side cooks .
