Too big!: my rating
It's beautiful but too big! I ordered 3 to 6 months for my 9 month old based on the size chart and it was still too big. I compared it to another pair of suit pants for 3/6 months. But the color is beautiful!

- Costumes can be uncomfortable and impractical for active kids.
