I had been searching for a smart bracelet without extra bells and whistles for a while before settling on this particular design. I particularly like the feature of calculating calories and physical activity, and I like everything else about it and use it frequently. A smart bracelet is my first assistant because I am heavily interested in sports and 90% of performance is determined by nutrition. The sensors' extra capabilities, including an accelerometer, an integrated heart rate monitor, an ECG, and a tonometer, pleasantly pleased us. By the way, the accelerometer helped me realize that I could do more and properly measure my physical capacities. For continuous use all day, one charge is sufficient. I appreciate the maker for making such a wonderful aide for me, one with a chic appearance and a satisfying feel in the hand.
