***** Updated! I contacted the seller and he was willing to replace the item under warranty. The new ratchet doesn't have the problems the old one had. I am impressed with their customer service. ***** This product looks very nice, love the color scheme. A month of average usage worked fine. Then the ratchet changes direction from forward to backward! I was surprised when it happened the first time and thought I might have accidentally moved the lever. This happened more often when I was using it and I wasn't touching reverse. So if you only need a torque wrench for one or two uses, then this is the one for you! However, if you're looking for a wrench that's rated for average use (1-3 times a week), I suggest you look around for a different wrench. I wasn't expecting high quality from a cheap tool but I was hoping it would last at least a year.
