I bought a similar product from another company but found it to be much better in design. They are a good size for arthritic hands. I don't have to take it apart to use the handle (which was very difficult with the previous ones I've ordered); The pen actually exits through the rubber tip and slides in and out easily with a small switch. The same goes for turning on the flashlight. The rubber tip works well. And they also offer extra refills for each of the handles. I would definitely order them again. The best ratio of price and quality!
