I have this headset as well as the Hyper X Cloud Alpha. Both headsets are phenomenal. I've used several Turtle Beach headsets, a standard Xbox headset, as well as a Beats Studio 3 headset, and HyperX products are much higher. The rotating headset is definitely the more comfortable of the two HyperX products, but the Alpha is better if you're looking for noise-cancellation. I had an issue with the Alpha headset: the sound only came from one side. I called customer service and without asking about the purchase or confirming the purchase, they helped me fix the problem and we were able to narrow it down to my Y-connector cable that came with the product. They rebooted a new one and it's been working fine ever since. I play Rainbow Six Siege a lot and have found that my game is much better because I can hear where everyone is. With this headset you can not only hear footsteps, but also determine their number and direction. This gives me a huge advantage over my opponents. The last thing I have to mention about this headset is the microphone. We all had this guy at the party who sounds like he's playing next to a jet engine. My setup is right next to the air conditioning and the wind is blowing right in my face and I've never had a single complaint. I even had a TV next to me when I was playing and my friends could only faintly hear it when I was talking. It also picks up my voice very clearly. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this and all HyperX products. The customer service is great, the sound quality is phenomenal, I can wear it all day without even noticing it's there, and the mic is crisp and clear. HyperX will also be my headset brand.
