The PurSteam Garment Steamer arrived on time. The included booklet contained good assembly instructions and photos. The steamer contained attachments. After setting it up, I steamed half a dozen men's shirts. I didn't have to fill up. I liked the plastic bag device that helped keep the bag horizontal and straighten the collars without burning yourself. The hanger has a bar that holds it in place, but it can then be moved to fold the hanger. After use, I had no trouble following the disassembly and cleaning instructions. The block is compact. The company included a coupon for a free travel-size Downy anti-wrinkle product. I need to email them and the sample will be sent within 5 days. I used distilled/filtered water which was recommended to extend the life of the vape. I am very happy with the steamer.
