Narrow magazines slide out the back
I finally thought I'd found a "wraparound" magazine holder that didn't let the magazines slide out of the sides like my old magazine holder did, but they do had thicker bars, was tarnished and had wide gaps on the side but not the back. After I assembled the new holder, the "soft" flexible magazine slid from the back into the space between the wall and the holder. My old holder also had two screws on the bottom that held the bottom of the holder firmly to the wall but had wide gaps on the sides. So with this new holder I had to put something on the floor to close the space, the entire holder slid further away from the wall as magazines were added or removed.
