Review on Boston Gear G1050ARH Plain Pressure by Seth Damain

The transmission is so good I thought about buying another one to carry in my bag. This is exactly what I needed for my horizontal band saw. The old Dayton and this transmission meshed better than the original. No keyway or tap is included, but the material is soft enough to be drilled on a power drill. I used 2 set screws 5/16. Bit 3/16 for the pilot hole and 17/64 for the tap hole. I put one on each side and didn't bother to cut a flat surface on the shaft. So far everything works great. My worm is unreliable so I may get a new set in the future but now I know where to get them.
