Colors are a little more muted in person but that doesn't matter as my daughter loves it! It's a good durable fabric and the construction feels solid, so we'll see if this backpack lasts more than a school year. The lunch box is cute but smaller than expected. She doesn't seem to mind, but I won't be able to pack much. The pencil case is perfect for hair bands and lip balm. All in all it's a decent set and I'm hoping to upgrade later to make it last longer than a school year.
