My Chilly Interactions with the Aupoko Online Store

I had the misfortune of shopping at Aupoko not too long ago, and I must say that my experience there was a miserable one. Their website was cumbersome and difficult to use, and their customer assistance was as cold as a block of ice. My order confirmation email stated that my outdoor heater would arrive within three to five business days. After waiting a week for an update on my order, I finally contacted customer service. They ignored my concerns and gave me no reason for the delay, which was surprising. Instead, they instructed me to "be patient" and that I will receive the product in due time. When the heater eventually showed up, it was in such bad shape that I had a hard time getting it to turn on. I tried to get in touch with their customer service department multiple times to request a refund or exchange, but all my attempts went unanswered. In a nutshell, dealing with Aupoko was a frosty nightmare from start to finish. I wouldn't recommend shopping here if you're in search of high-quality goods and helpful service staff.
