Review on Joveco by Tim Lea

As a life guide, I place a premium on quality and dependability, and Joveco falls short on both counts. I wish I hadn't ordered that coffee table, couch, and end table. Customer support was unresponsive and indifferent when I called about the coffee table's broken leg. A replacement finally came after weeks, but it was just as bad as the original. The couch did come on time, but I had to have it exchanged because the color was wrong. The new couch not only came late, but it was also missing a leg! I had had enough of Joveco at that time and requested a refund. They said they'd refund the couch price, but not the shipping. The final blow was the arrival of a side table with a scratch on its surface. I was too lazy to get in touch with customer support again, so I kept it. The dearth of quality and dependability from Joveco is discouraging. Their products are of low quality, and their support is unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend Joveco to anyone in the market for dining room, living room, or any other type of furnishings. There are far superior alternatives available.
