I really liked this because a lot of times shapewear tends to make my back too straight and hide the side curve of my butt, but this still allowed for full back movement and adhered a bit more to my natural shape.
It created a very flattering base for my outfits and made my body look slightly smaller (especially in the waist) and smoothed it out with no bulging.
