I'm 6'1" and 210 pounds and these ends are just what I needed. They are not too long and not too short. I took them out for a test sprint and noticed the difference right away. Whether I'm sitting or standing, the ends propel me further forward on the bike, shifting my weight to the front wheel and making getting up that much easier. I also noticed that my seated form was more "aero" which would make it easier to ride upwind. I moved the shift and brake levers to the middle for more hand room. This worked better for me because I prefer to keep my hands close to my body when sitting. close them. Hope this helps with your decision.
