Handy kitchen tool.
Handy tool to have. It's made well. The skimmer is firmly attached to the handle. Sturdy and better than using a slotted spoon for skimming fat from soup. Really like it. If I had to choose, I would choose this skimmer over a slotted spoon. Highly recommend.
- This does exactly what I want it to do; gently remove poached eggs from boiling water.
- The silicone may become too hot to touch, leading to burns or injuries
