Poor Product Best in Cookware Accessories
This product does not get hot enough to cook. Tried to make an omelette and took 35 minutes to cook. The induction hob was set to 320Β° but the pan never went above 168Β°. Checked with a laser thermometer. Also, the diffuser started to loosen after two uses. I do not recommend this product. Not worth the price. I ended up throwing it away and used a flat cast iron disc instead. The cast iron disc worked like clockwork.
- The Induction Hob Diffuser is the perfect gadget to use all pots on any induction hob. So there is no need to buy expensive induction pans as you can use your current standard pans at no extra cost.
