After buying a pan for my charcoal grill, I felt like I needed a good cookware to use on it. After a long search and browsing the internet, I found the Birald pan set. I have to say that despite the reviews I was skeptical but was pleasantly surprised. The build quality seems great and it looks like they will last a long time. I can make burger smasher because the scoops are very heavy which makes smashing the hamburger easier. I like to have two syringe bottles, one for avocado oil and one for water, for when I need to steam cheese. Small silicone brush to apply the sauce to the meat. To top off this whole set there is a great storage bag for storing all your dishes after you've washed everything. Overall I am very impressed and glad I pulled the trigger and bought the Birald pan set at such a great price.
