great boots and great customer service! Impressed!
I just received these. They are beautiful, fit perfect to size BUT one boot was seriously damaged. I am only rating them a 3 because I have to return them. Replacement is set to arrive until February π. I really wanted to love theseUpdate! Okay, initially I was upset with this company BUT I am needed to update my previous review. The company was able to swap out my original order of boots faster than February 6 and not only that, they sent me a new pair of boots at NO COST to me for my inconvenience. Their customer service has been great and I will be ordering from them again. Boots are great quality and pretty comfortable considering the gorgeous heel length. I love them. So happy I ordered now.
