Waistband elastic not proper

The elastic waistband on the size S briefs is too loose, almost as if it has been worn for a year and deteriorated. The gap for the legs is a little wide as well. Doesn't 'fit' the body, as claimed. For its price, I wasn't expecting a great product, but this doesn't feel right at all.The colors are good - as shown in the pictures.
