The middle does NOT work for the highlight
My roommate and I started ordering food and they sent us a bunch of lemons for zest so I decided to have zest. It works OK I think. If you want to highlight something you can only use the sides/edges, using the center won't work. It's also easy to cut yourself since you can't use the middle. It does the job, but it doesn't work the way I thought it would. Simply good. I wouldn't order it again.
