Great little drone 10/18/2019

This is a great way to get started with drones. It handles well and flies a decent distance from the controls. It is important to understand that this is not a DJI drone. This is a high quality toy drone. It has a camera (again, not DJI) that streams perfectly to the phone. The battery will of course last longer when you're not recording. If you want to fly longer, you can buy extra batteries. I think you are an awesome RC. My camera was mounted upside down but that doesn't bother me and I don't expect them all to be the same. The remote control has a long range and you can connect your phone to it. However, only full-size phones will work. My iPhone 8 Plus was too big for it. I was using my old iPhone 7 and that's why I noticed the camera issue. I didn't see an option to rotate the camera in the app. it is very light and floats well. Should be trimmed down to fix flight stabilization based on outside wind or on inside wind, but overall it flies well and hovering can be adjusted slightly like other drones. The flips are pretty cool and just like other toy drones. The altitude sensors are great and seem to detect when landing. The auto-landing feature is pretty cool too. It also lands on its own when the battery is low (my other small drones just lose power and crash). This one actually detects when the battery is low and attempts to land safely itself (be careful when skimming over water). Took about 10 minutes on me and about 5 minutes when using WiFi for the in-app camera. *about* Overall I think this is a great drone to experiment with this type of RC. Highly recommended for all ages and skill levels. It comes with an extra set of propellers, charging cable (for battery and controller) and propellers for additional use. Smaller drones can cost anywhere from $19 to $30. It's a little bigger based on extra features, parts, quality and camera and costs $39.99.
