This product is a complete heap of crap. It never worked. It slept the whole time. When we could open his ears, he made a grinding noise. We changed the batteries but he still slept the whole time. We did our best, rubbing the thing against our cheek(s), pressing the buttons, but it was asleep. So, in desperation, I ripped her leg off. Then I ripped off the other leg. Then I tried and couldn't tear his trunk off. Of course I had to send it back because it was quite expensive for such a useless product, but I broke it anyway. It was a Christmas present for my daughter and now I will buy her something else. Thanks for burning $60 of my daughter's Christmas bonus. I hope I can replace it with something that wasn't made in some Chinese factory by an eight-year-old boy working for a few grains of rice. Don't offer me any compensation, just eat my hairy asses.
