If you need an M.2 to USB adapter, save money and buy a cheaper one. It may be rubbish, but it is. After about 3 months of light use, it has completely died. Left it on the shelf for a week and it worked again. Probably the residual charge in some kind of capacitor that eventually discharged. OK. However, I then left it plugged in (idle) overnight and it completely stalled the entire USB bus on the computer it was plugged into. had to reboot the machine to get USB functionality again. Maybe I have a bad one and something is up? Of course. But I filled out an RMA request using the procedure outlined on Silverstone's website and almost a week later I still haven't received a response, not even an automated message. Just complete radio silence. If you want a questionable product with no warranty, don't pay more for the privilege; Just go with one of the much cheaper nameless options.
