I've been using these pots and pans every day for about two years. I wash them by throwing them in the washing machine. With a bit of ghee or butter before cooking, they still won't stick. Heat distribution isn't perfect, but it's pretty good. I prefer them to my old Calphalon set on a larger scale. The only problem I have is that the floor is oxidizing. If it was just cosmetic I wouldn't care. However, the oxidation will slide off your hands, leaving a sooty black residue everywhere. I'm attaching a photo so you can see I'm not exaggerating.
