I was skeptical at first as it was flimsy and folded into a small packet but having used it extensively to make marshmallow fudge I can honestly say I do am a big fan. It didn't wrinkle (and didn't wrinkle) when kept in a bag. It is very easy to clean, you can wipe it or wash it in the sink and wipe it with a towel to get rid of a lot of water. Thickness (or thinness) isn't a problem as I was able to apply some stubborn lipstick fairly roughly and cause no damage. All in all, I am pleasantly surprised and can only recommend it.
