Harder than I thought.

This knife is like a weighted razor! Although the blade is very sharp, the opposite side is thick, making thin cuts a bit difficult. It's not as maneuverable as most knives. But it's still an interesting knife to add to your kitchen collection (or bedside table). Handles are more like weapons and that's what you want to keep safe in your kitchen away from children or people who don't know how to use knives.
