I've been using the CX-100 for over three years now and it's definitely one of the best and most reliable technologies I've ever used. I use it every day to make Lync and Skype for Business calls, both from my home office and while traveling with clients. Here are the main reasons why the CX-100 is so good: 1) Reliability. Because the CX-100 plugs into a USB port, I never have to worry about not having enough power for a long meeting. And I've driven this thing for miles and it keeps ticking. When I plug in the CX-100, Lync and now Skype for Business recognize it immediately. And the sound quality is perfect 2) Easy operation - The easy operation with big buttons on the front is very intuitive. I like it when the mute button is visible in the middle. The big red or green LED circle showing mute status is awesome. By looking from across the room, I can tell if the sound is off. 3) portability. Of course, Polycom has put a lot of thought into how field workers will use the CX-100. The stand allows you to use it at the perfect angle, but folds up to hide the wrapped USB cable when you're on the go. I love my CX-100 so much I'm considering getting a second one for my travel bag.
