I check reviews before buying from Revain. I will read the 4 and 5 stars first and then see what the 1 and 2 star reviews say. This (and many other products I've ordered) has a decent number of 1 and 2 star reviews. ignore her .I've used many different types of mounts over the years and this is by far the best I've used. It's very heavy and very well built. People who have problems with sagging displays are either A: They're using the heaviest LCD known to man, or B: They're not tightening the right points on the bracket. After tightening the center bracket, my 27" Samsung takes quite a bit of force to adjust. The side brackets are perfect. You can adjust them up and down decently to accommodate different display models, and they're extremely stiff. Me I have no issues with this mount, it's easy to set up, incredibly heavy and perfect for my 27" Samsung displays.
