Non stick surface for my opinion
Non stick surface is easy to work with, but suggested medium heat for stir frying does not seem reasonable, as stir frying is usually done on high heat so the food is seared, not cooked in the traditional way
- Best wok ever and the spatula that comes with it is the best. I use it all the time
- It may not be suitable for use on all types of cooktops
