Necessary for my family

I am absolutely satisfied with this product. I use it regularly on my kids to prevent diaper rash. And sometimes for dry patches on the skin etc. I will continue to buy and recommend this product. Apart from the fact that the tin arrived broken once (was replaced immediately), I have had absolutely no problems with the balm. The best part is that it works well in cloth diapers. Try it! You will never go back to your old creams/ointments/pastes.
