Stopped working safely on the second use
I have returned this product. During the second use of this dryer it started making a shrieking noise and started smelling like burnt plastic. I would purchase this and use this with caution. We may have gotten a defective one, but I'm not going to trust a second unit in my house.

- It may not be user-friendly and can be challenging to operate
