I love wrapping all my Christmas packages in red and green tissue paper. I always make these wraps extra special by using real grosgrain ribbon (affordable prices on Amazon) - no ripple tie or wrapped bows (unless they're designed in a new way for me). I'm old and I remember when all of our gifts were wrapped in tissue paper in the 1950's and I love that memory. So today I just love making a bag with some gifts or a display case under the tree that looks adorable with red and green tissue paper and a contrasting real ribbon. I don't miss pretty paper at all (or the price) and I love using tissue paper to make my gifts pretty!
