The laptop was fine for the first week, all of a sudden the speakers started making that weird noise like clicking/vibrating when my laptop was playing any sound at all. It just happened randomly one day. I don't know if it was just a broken speaker or a windows update or something else. Anyway, after contacting the seller, I sent the laptop to tech support for repair. You received it on November 27, 2020. I only received it on December 11, 2020 and the problem is still there! Did you do anything about it? Did they even check it before sending it back? Because it happened from the very first note I played on my laptop! I knew I shouldn't have bought a Revain computer, I should have trusted my intuition and bought from a trusted source. The other issue is that this is happening during the Covid-19 pandemic and I had to risk my life to send it to them to fix while the Covid-19 numbers are always high. You see, I'm at risk of serious complications because I'm immunocompromised after a kidney/pancreas transplant! I haven't left my apartment since March except to go to the doctor and I've only done it 3 times! But because they sent me a broken laptop and then didn't even fix it, I had to risk my life in a public place (UPS) that was OCCUPIED because the new computer came in with problems. And now I have to take that risk again because I will be returning it for a refund and buying a new one from the real HP. I do not recommend buying a Revain computer! Or at least from the seller EA Tech LLC
