Best Socket Bracket for Google Home Mini

I have three Google Home Minis. One hangs from a power cord in front of a bookshelf, another is mounted in my AV cabinet, and a third that is used frequently in the kitchen, either on the countertop or balanced on the countertop. internet radio. I really wanted to put the Kitchen Mini in a safe place where it wouldn't be knocked over by cats and where its cord would be hidden, so I looked at all the available brackets that will attach the unit to an outlet. I found several options. One hid the cable in a rather large box behind the Mini; the other was thinner but the cable was still visible, and the third looked ok but was significantly more expensive. This AmorTek mount I finally settled on did a great job of holding the Mini while hiding the cable in a sleek package - see my photo of it. I also like that the mount includes the standard mini power plug in its design, so it looks solid. Some reviewers complained that it was difficult to wrap the cable around the back of the Mini, but I found it fairly easy if I coiled the cable *before* I had the Mini fully in place. The holder holds the device securely in the socket and there is enough space to connect a second device.

Pros
  • SIMPLE BUT FUNCTIONAL. No need to drill holes or screw on screws, just mount your Google Home Mini anywhere by hiding the cable. This mount requires no additional hardware as it uses the power cord that came with the Mini.
