Hands Free Fuel on the Bike
Great gel container for cycling. I use the 5 ounce for group rides and races when I need fuel without stopping or causing a safety issue for those around me. Grab from the pocket, bite, suck. Sometimes I even hold it with just my teeth and drink until a hand is free to put it back in my jersey pocket. Two gels and water mixed up in advance of the ride works great
