. My 10 week old is really moving more because the toys are lower and make noises when he hits them. Now she catches more too. The sound isn't that annoying either. Sounds like a wind chime. Would definitely recommend for the price, especially as they come with extra hooks. And you can attach them to car seat brackets, baby baths, strollers, etc.
