Ironically this arrived exactly two days before the rain came. It is fantastic! It is extremely attractive, very well made and the perfect weight for Southern California wear all year round. The poly fabric has a slight rubber-quality to it (waterproof) that is nice to the touch. The design is outstanding… great sealable generous outer pockets, inner pockets, hooded, drawstrings at both the neck & waist, classic lines.I ordered a size larger than I thought that I would need (to accommodate heavier clothing underneath in the foreseeable colder wintertime). Great call. I am short & round, and it gave me exactly the extra comfort I was looking for! The only adjustment that I needed to make was to shorten the sleeves (which I accomplished by simply turning them up toward the inside). And it folded in easily for a neat & clean appearance.I look forward to enjoying this coat and having it protect me from the elements for years to come…
