Easy to use and very comfortable at night
A few years ago my dentist told me I needed a mouth guard because it was obvious to him that I was grinding my teeth at night. The price at the time was over $300, so I decided not to buy it. Many years later (2020) I had to have over $2,000 in dental repairs due to two broken teeth. One required a root canal and the endodontist told me it was all caused by nighttime teeth grinding. It really surprised me. I found this mouthguard online and decided to give it a try. I found it very easy to set up and use. What surprised me the most was the sleeping comfort. I highly recommend this product.
