I love this spoon holder. I had a more traditional spoon shaped coaster that was difficult to clean and always had a mud puddle out of nowhere. I was specifically looking for a flatter spoon rest that could be used with any utensil on either side and was easy to clean. That's right. Most of the time I can just wash it off when I clean up after cooking and the dirt just slides off.
