These are exceptional "special" headphones:1. They fit very well and don't fall out. I bought these after constantly having to adjust my headphones while running. I can walk miles without touching her. They stay down. I used to just pull the cord to get the headphones out of my ears - I was in pain the first few times I tried this method on Yurbuds. You should try to take these out.2. They let outside noise through. It's very convenient. When I do housework, I can still hear the children calling me. As I run out into the street, I hear cars and people. I don't know about the sound quality but they sound great to me.
