Love the sample card that came with the glasses to prove they work. I notice that when I wear them even on the street, the bluish tint on the things disappears. My eyes look a little less red when I wear them at night and I sleep better after working on the computer when I wear them than when I don't. Although I wouldn't say this is a fundamental difference. The glasses themselves are very cute! ONE COMPLAINT - they seem to have a slight magnifying effect and are a bit annoying. However, most OTC glasses seem to have this problem.
