They are not as comfortable to use as the set I bought a few years ago (Norpro); Of course, they currently cost twice as much, so I guess you get what you pay for. Overall it seems like they will work for baking. They feel solid and decently made and are comfortable to hold thanks to a good spring action. So far I've tested the small ones and used the big ones. Pay attention to the sizes. The largest is about the size of an ice cream scoop and I found it perfect for measuring waffle or pancake batter. The medium size is suitable for a large cookie or a standard muffin/cupcake. The small ones are what I usually use for medium sized cookies. I will buy the "mini" (2 teaspoons) separately, it's a good size for mini cupcakes/muffins or candies and other two treats. I would like a mini, small, medium or all four kits available. Please note they are supplied in separate ziplock bags and packaged in a yellow postal envelope. It would be nice if they were in a box or in a more presentable gift wrap.
