Not what I was hoping for!

I bought this for our patio audio system. It has enough power to drive 8 outdoor speakers via a selector switch. Monoprice 109995 4 Channel Speaker Selector Well the downside is a hum through the speakers that I don't know how to get rid of. It's not a constant buzz, it just buzzes for a few seconds and then stops and turns off. I'm not the only one hearing this, but not everyone can. This product may say it has Bluetooth, but I assure you all that it doesn't give a damn. The metal antenna on the back is the Bluetooth antenna. The sound is barely audible via Bluetooth, it is very distorted and creaks. Finally, the volume goes up and down in two numbered steps, from 2 to 4 to 6, you get the idea. Now, that might not seem like such a problem, but if you're trying to talk to people who have enough musical strain to hear but are quiet enough to speak, you're out of luck. I had to turn down the volume on my iPod to adjust the volume. Not much, but one more thing I don't like.
