POOR QUALITY, NO RETURNS.
I've been upset since I just walked in them for the first time, but not that long ago. In fact, I've never just walked, only walked in these shoes for a few things. The soles of the boots are not intact (because they are not glued at all) and constantly slipped forward when walking. Then, to make matters worse, the glue under my shoes stuck to my socks, so I had to go home and take off my socks. The shoes are now totally ruined. And I can't even request a refund? I am disappointed in your service and the quality of the shoes.
