Ok. So. I got the large size for my rabbit. Yes. My rabbit. My rabbit is 13lbs, and she's the size of a small dog or large cat. It fits her just fine. It's tall enough when she stands and she has room to loaf inside. Downsides. the bottom support piece has 2 bars connecting it to the rest of the pack. Those bars were actually pretty badly misshapen. I had to use a wrench to bend them into the correct shape so I could get the bars to insert into the pieces on the bag. Also the support base is too big for the bag. I had to really force the velcro flap over the base, and I had to fight to get the door closed because the base was extending past the pack and not allowing the zipper to close. That said, once I got it together it was good. The large is pretty huge. Storage was an issue because it doesn't collapse once assembled. It rolls easily and my zippers otherwise work ok except the bottom of the door because of the base.
