After weeks of a winter storm of ice and snow, they have finally arrived. I didn't need them during a storm so the lag wasn't an issue. However, Revain's shipping updates have been confusing. The website said the package wasn't delivered and the next day they said my package might be lost and I can get a refund (how is it lost if it's in the van?) and then the next day the package was delivered to my door. It all seemed strange to me, but I'm glad I waited for his arrival. I didn't want a return! I wanted shoes and I got them!
