A really necessary purchase, glad I found this product.

My processor runs at 4.7 in a regular turbo boost, the motherboard itself boosts it when necessary, and as an ordinary user, this suits me very much because I don’t know how to overclock processors and I think that in the 21st century technology should already be able to do it for you yourself. I also set the RAM through the try it button and from 3200 the operative works great for me at 3733 (I tried to set 4000 - it also worked without jambs, but I didn’t see much profit, it was at the same level as 3733 in terms of performance, but the voltage was already higher, and in the end I decided to lower the frequency a little, I don’t really need 4000 MHz and higher). I’m sure the motherboard can overclock my ballistics even higher, but I’ll have to go a little deeper into the timings, but I don’t know how to do this, and I don’t have much desire. In general, msi does cool things for ordinary users with a very accessible interface: you can easily understand the BIOS; you can install their dragon center utility, which will also tell you everything; You can easily overclock the RAM by pressing one button. They are great, they try to make the operation of their devices as simple as possible, since there is something to compare with - I had both giga and asrok and prime, all of them with their shortcomings and in the end I decided to deal only with msi, although giga wants to become a leader by leaps and bounds in this segment and steps on the heels. The only drawback that msi has is their price. If the prices were lower, then half of the world would use them, I think, because they not only make components well, but also beautifully.

Pros
  • The motherboard works great for me in conjunction with the 10600K. I have been using msi motherboards for many years and everything suits me. The bios is intuitive, the boards themselves always work without any jambs, although I only had Z-series motherboards, so I can’t speak for other chipsets in the same way as for this series.
Cons
  • For me, for example, the backlight on this board is not enough. I know many people don’t like her at all, but you can always turn her off if she somehow annoys you, but when she’s not enough, it’s not super in my opinion, as if she was cheated. You can also add to the minus the lack of a second radiator for the m.2 slot, but when you make a choice in the store, you see this and if there is no need for a second radiator, then in fact this is not a drawback, but again, I think that it was possible to put the second radiator, it is not so expensive to manufacture, and an extra plus would be for the board.
