Overall a good chair. The fact that it is one of the few in general and the only one in this price range to lack leatherette armrests, which are easy to maneuver around, was the deciding factor in whether or not to make the purchase. With its positives being: I am relieved that there aren't any of those stupid leatherette armrests. This sets it apart from other models that are very similar to it. Its cons: After a year, it makes a horrible creaking sound when the back is leaned back; loosening the bolts helps for a few days, but then it starts making the noise again. Uncomfortable headrest - the upper part of the chair is slightly bent forward, and coupled with the pillow all of this bends the head down. However, you want to straighten out your neck and relax by reclining back, but the headrest prevents you from doing so.
