Return my money! Disgusting product and poor quality.

An extremely low impression was also left by the OnlineTrade seller, who took as much as 20 days to confirm an obvious defect, then they offered me to pick up the repaired one, and as a "cherry on the cake" they did not return the transportation costs. I would understand if I returned a quality product. And for the return of the marriage, I consider it necessary to compensate for the entire amount of the purchase.
