Does not get hot enough
First off rhe fryer looks good upon unboxing, but the gas cable was either defective or just cheap. The fryer never got hot enough to cook french fries, they cooked so long that they were a greasy mess when they were actually done. I do think that if the fry got hotnenough it would have been fine, even after moving intonthe garage we still had issues. All in all I had to return the unit.
